Powercell Battery Topping & Integrity Checks.
Our current customers benefit from optimizing the warehouse MHE battery power, improving in house health & safety and pro-active inspections to reducing down time.

The following topics are incorporated within the Powercell Battery Integrity and Topping Program.

• Health & Safety improved as operative need not come into contact with acid
• Risk assessments and method statements reduced
• Each battery level is checked and topped up as required
• Each battery auto topping system is checked for safe operation
• Battery top and crate checked for signs of acid corrosion
• Missing inter cell connector covers reported, to reduce battery shorting
• Any damage to MHE equipment or chargers identified will be noted
