All options will be given to you as to how to proceed, be it repair or replacement and always at the best possible price for you.
The Service engineers are fully mobile and field based to keep travel time and down time to a minimum. All engineers have fully stocked vans to make sure, wherever possible, a first time fix is achieved.
Powercell engineers are certificated and authorised to carry out work Airside on UK Airports so the response time for the work is kept to a minimum. No wasted time getting passes to get through security, the engineer can just get on with the work.
All of our industrial batteries are tested in the field before they are offered with our name against them, as inferior products require repair visits that cost money and take up time. We also offer services like industrial battery regeneration, by which your product life can be extended for years at a fraction of the cost of a new one. This will reduce spending on industry battery maintenance over the life of your equipment to plummet.
If you have a new area or are relocating and need help designing the battery charging and handling area, we are able to offer full service to make sure you utilise your space to the full. This can be in the form of layouts for your area all the way up to battery change and handling equipment for any size fleet.
For the stand by and back up industrial battery markets there is a wide variety of battery types and voltages available, and sometimes when you need a specific size to be filled we can specify or identify the correct battery for you. Emergency lighting, UPS, Fire Alarm, Solar Power, and Wind Power batteries can be supplied and setup for new and existing applications. We are able to supply complete racking and cabinets for the industrial batteries and charger systems for these emergencies and back up applications, all installed on site if required.
