Website returns policy

We trade in line with the distance selling regulations. If there is a fault on arrival, we will deal with this by replacing the faulty component at our costs. The same is applicable to damage; we will replace the damaged part. When you receive the package, please make sure the item is in the box and then you sign for it, if the parcel was damaged, or empty, please refuse to sign for it. Your sign for the parcel means we'll not answer for any obligation of delivery. You have a 7 day period to return the goods if unsatisfied. Goods must be unused and should be in their original packaging. The buyer is liable for any postage costs incurred. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
